I’ve put up a new layout. I thought it was time for something new. I made it last night. It’s really simple, but I didn’t feel like setting it up last night. I went to bed a little after midnight, and I slept in until around ten. Then I got up and took a shower. Some of my sunburn is starting to peel, but my shoulders still hurt.

Tomorrow I’m starting back on Weight Watchers again. I had to stop for a few days. After going to Holiday World, trying to stick with my points was just next to impossible. I thought I’d just start again on Sunday and try again. My grandparents and Nikki both said they thought it looked like I’d lost some weight. I weighed myself and I haven’t actually lost any weight, but I think maybe my muscles have toned up a little from walking. Hopefully, my mom and I will start walking again on Monday as well. I need to get back into the habit.

Nikki went home today. I’m sad. We left the house around 10, and we made really good time. Her bus came in early and left on time. She should be getting home soon, and she’s supposed to email me when she does. After her bus left, we headed back toward home, but we stopped at Wal-Mart because my grandpa needed ink for his printer. Then as we were getting ready to check out, my mom called and said she passed out while she was meeting my aunt’s sister. Apparently, her blood sugar was running low or something. She came over to Wal-Mart and met us in the parking lot and we put Tori in our car and my grandpa took her home with him and my grandma and I went to Sears with my mom because they both needed to get gifts for the baby shower they’re going to next weekend.

I’ve been feeling pretty miserable since going to Holiday World. On Wednesday, I realized that my shoulders were not only sunburned, but also blistered. I got some spray on aloe, and it seemed to be helping some, but it still hurts an awful lot. I love taking a shower, though, because we have two shower faucets, one of which I can move around and just sort of run the water of my aching shoulders. Washing my hair hurts a lot, though, just like anything else that require raising my arms above my head. I’m really hoping the sunburn will go away soon because I haven’t been sleeping well at all since I got home.

I feel so miserable right now. Holiday World was fun, but I got burned. My shoulders, back, face, feet … all burned. We spent all of Tuesday on the water park, and I actually enjoyed it a lot more than the actual rides. The water park was huge. I went down the lazy river about four times and I went on several slides. My butt hurts now, though, from dragging along the bottom of the intertube. I went on two roller coasters on Monday, but the second one I went on about killed me. It was just too much. Mitch got on my nerves and made Nikki car sick as well, so we got to ride back home with my mom and Bart and I think Mitch put everyone into a pissy mood at least once during the day, but, overall, it was a good time.

I was also surprised to come home and find my Hanson CD had arrived. I wasn’t expecting it to arrive on the actual release day, but it was a good surprise. I have yet to fully listen to it, and I haven’t watched the DVD that came with it, but I’ll probably do that a little later tonight. I think Nikki and I are going to go out to eat at Olive Garden in a little while.

Oh, man, I’m tired. The only reason I’m up at this unGodly hour is because we have to be at my mom’s house by seven to leave for Holiday World. Nikki’s in the shower right now, and then I have to take mine and, hopefully, wake up fully. My grandpa is supposed to get up and make us breakfast, so I hope that’s done by the time I get out of the shower. I have everything but my bathroom stuff packed away. I just hope I don’t forget anything.

Man, I feel lazy. I didn’t get out of bed until noon. Granted, I didn’t go to bed until at least 2 in the morning. Nikki and I stayed up working on the designs for our purses. It took a while to figure out what we wanted to do. We did get them figured out and we’re going to do the iron ons today. They’re reversible, so we’re doing a design on each side.

My sister dropped off the money to buy the tickets for Holiday World, so I have to go get those tomorrow. Then we’re going to stop at Subway for lunch. We might go see Order of the Phoenix again. Then we have to stop at Wal-Mart to pick up a few things. I was super excited today. I get my insurance renewal every six months, and I was basically shocked to find out that it’s going to be until $20 a month.
