Even though I got Hanson’s new album The Walk last Tuesday, I hadn’t really sat down and listened to it. Granted, I already had the Japanese import, so the first 14 songs are the same on both albums. The US release has a couple of new songs on it as well, and I think they’re addition has only strengthened my love for this album. I really love the song “Got A Hold On Me.” Of course, I loved it the second I heard a clip of it on the Taking the Walk podcast, so I was extremely happy to find out that it would be a bonus track on the US release. I can’t even hardly tell that it’s a live acoustic version either, which just goes to show how great they sound live. I also like “I’ve Been Down,” but I’d heard it already from one of the “Go” singles. I also really love the live acoustic version of “Something Going Round.” It’s a good song, and I love the way it sounds kind of broken down a bit. I should probably write a full album review, or add to the one I already did to include my thoughts on the three bonus tracks.

I haven’t even heard any of it yet. Surprising…probably not so much, but I don’t even know if I am going to go get it or not yet. Is it worth it?
